The cortijo is a semi-detached property in a pueblo of 3 properties only 1 ½ Km down a tarmac road from the main A345 Cadiar - Albondon road.  Both Cadiar and Albondon are accessible within 10 mins and at the junction of the village road and the A345 is the Bar / Restaurant La Tarugo.

The house has been fully renovated by it’s English owners and comes with all correct legal paperwork.  The house benefits from new mains electrical installation, mains water installation and a biological septic tank.

The house comprises of :-

2200 m2 of land currently planted with almond trees and vines.

2 Bedrooms with new plaster walls, ceramic tiled floors, electric points and chandelier style light fittings.  Bedroom 1 is 8.7m2 and comes with a velux style roof window.  Bedroom 2 is 7.85m2.

Bathroom.  The bathroom is installed with multi head power shower with large Roca shower tray, toilet and wash basin.  An extractor fan is fitted linked to the lights which are modern halogen spotlights.  This room is tiled to waist height and to ceiling height in the shower area.

Lounge.  The lounge is 21m2 and comes newly plastered and tiled.  There are two windows offering both mountain and sea views.  Installed is a fully functioning cast iron wood burning stove which provides a wonderful focal point to the room.  Careful planning of the electrical installation allows a myriad of permutations as to furniture positioning in this large and welcoming room.  Two independently switched light fittings are installed.  The main front door is made of solid wood and comes with and insurance approved bolt lock.

Terraces

Side Terrace - 7m2 is situated outside the kitchen window and is fully tiled with exterior non slip tiles.  A water take off point is available.

Front Terrace - 12m2 is situated on the entrance to the property and is fully tiled with exterior non slip tiles

Roof Terrace - 22m2 is situated above the lounge and is access by stairs adjacent to the front door. The property was recently renovated to a very high standard and is set in dry riverbed only minutes away from the beaches at Castell De Ferro.

It can be accessed by standard vehicle and your own transport is recommended.

The property consists of Lounge, Dining Room, Fitted Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Roof Terrace.

There is a double futon in the Dining area and so the property can sleep four people.

The house comes with everything ready for a comfortable stay, including, TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, extractor, all crockery, glassware and utensils.

There is a washing machine, store room and clothes line as well as terrace furniture.

Within a 5 minute walk is a traditional Spanish tapas bar and within a 25 minute walk there is a bar with a 100 seater restaurant which also has a pool available free for guests in the summer.

Long Term Letting

€400.00 per month inclusive of all bills except gas bottles.  Minimum term of 3 months.  Flat rate for the year.
